So Over It is a student film that I edited in May of 2019. It was brought to me during Finals week and I had to finish editing it in 5 days while balancing tests and projects in all my classes, so I brought on another editor. I also did all of the sound in post production in order to make it a convincing party atmosphere.

For my job at Frequency TV we interviewed graduating seniors over zoom since their work for the most part would no longer be featured at Manifest (Our school’s end of the year festival.) I edited all 10 of these videos in about a week and did the motion graphics on these and 20 other interviews based on the social media graphics kit I was given by the Manifest committee. I also had to deal with the fact that we were relying on the interviewees to give us B-roll so I had to make do with what I was given.

For my job at Frequency TV we made mini-doc packages for our live show FreqIn which is akin to Saturday Night Live. I covered the Production Design Class and did the whole process from interview to export. I did the graphics for this video and the 5 other mini-docs that were made as well. The only thing that I didn’t do was shoot some of the b-roll used which I took from the documentary made for the show from 2019.

This was the intro to Columbia College Chicago’s 2020 live comedy sketch show FreqIn which is similar in tone to Saturday Night Live. Because of this producers wanted me to do something similar to SNL. I tried to make a new style for the credits themselves a little bit, but other than that it is heavily influenced from SNL.

Frequent Affairs is a news show created and produced by Frequency TV and I volunteered to edit and do motion graphics on 3 spots for them. These videos not only showcase editing, but also the ability to stretch B-Roll when not enough is provided. In the Bernie Rally video I made the map that shows his campaign trail. In the fashion video I used the same shot twice, but stabilized it in After Effects and used rotation in order to make the panning shot look static.

Reddress Fantasy is a Directing 2 project that I was the editor on, and did the motion graphics for.
